Multinational international land freight transport company.

Coordinate and execute daily logistics operations, ensuring compliance with deadlines and procedures.
Track land shipments, including scheduling, monitoring, and updating status.
Receive the weekly load plan for weekly cargo planning.
Request, receive, verify, and consolidate complete shipment documentation from the sending client.
Maintain updated records in the TMS system or other internal platforms.
Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to ensure availability and operational continuity.
Collaborate daily with teams and partners from other countries (Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, and Peru) to ensure proper execution of international shipments.
Communicate the status of operations to internal teams and clients, ensuring traceability.
Anticipate and resolve operational incidents, maintaining timely communication.

2 to 3 years of experience in land transport and logistics operations.
Strong exposure to high-demand environments, managing urgent situations, unexpected issues, and maintaining continuous operational communication.
Experience using logistics management systems and platforms.
Proficiency in Spanish (preferred).
Technical or university education in Logistics, International Trade, or related fields.
