FUNCTIONS
Generate and manage commercial opportunities in the public sector, identifying entities and potential clients for the Procurex 360 solution.
Coordinate and schedule effective meetings with municipalities, corporations, and other public institutions, ensuring a consistent business pipeline.
Actively follow up on commercial proposals, managing submissions, reminders, and negotiations through to closure.
Analyze business cycles to determine real opportunities, documenting conclusions for won or lost opportunities.
Collaborate with administration, finance, and technology teams to coordinate demos, pricing, and necessary technical support during the sales process.
Maintain up-to-date records of commercial activities, using public tools and portals in Chile for proper management of procurement processes.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the commercial area, with solid knowledge of the Chilean public sector market and familiarity with the Lobby Law (mandatory).
Technical or university education in Administration, Accounting, Commercial Engineering, or related fields.
Previous experience selling technology solutions, software, or services to the public sector (preferred).
Proficiency in the Chilean public procurement portal and understanding of business cycles associated with tenders.
Results-oriented, self-managed, and skilled at building relationships with senior officials in public entities.
