ABOUT THE CUSTOMER

FUNCTIONS

  • Provide technical support to clients, ensuring the proper functioning of their IT infrastructure.

  • Manage and maintain Windows servers, ensuring availability, security, and performance.

  • Manage the client’s on-premise infrastructure, including their mini data center and associated equipment.

  • Administer the Microsoft 365 platform, performing configuration, user management, licensing, and service tasks.

  • Support the migration process from on-premise environments to the cloud (Microsoft 365).

  • Monitor infrastructure status, identifying and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.

  • Document configurations and technical procedures, keeping change logs updated.

  • Interact daily with clients to understand their environment, resolve issues, and ensure operational continuity.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 to 3 years of experience working in IT infrastructure or advanced technical support.

  • Proven experience managing technology environments based on Microsoft infrastructure.

  • Strong knowledge in Windows server administration, ensuring proper operation, updates, and security.

  • Experience administering the Microsoft 365 console.

  • Proficiency in on-premise networks and connectivity, including equipment configuration, structured cabling, and basic troubleshooting.

  • Operational knowledge of databases and internal developments in Windows environments.
