ABOUT THE CUSTOMER

FUNCTIONS

  • Provide support to internal users and clients, ensuring the proper functioning of Odoo modules and the Buk platform.

  • Respond to support inquiries and requests via phone or email, logging and managing incidents in a timely manner.

  • Analyze and resolve first-level functional or technical issues, escalating to specialists those that require advanced attention.

  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the operational continuity of platforms and related systems.

  • Document procedures and solutions, keeping relevant technical and functional information up to date.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, proposing adjustments or automations that optimize management within Odoo.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 to 2 years of experience providing functional or technical support in Odoo, in one or more of the following modules: accounting, inventory control, purchasing, sales, and e-commerce.

  • Technical or university education in Programming, Systems Engineering, Systems Analysis, Software Engineering, or related fields.

  • Strong technical knowledge enabling understanding and resolution of issues beyond basic platform usage.

  • Experience with the Buk Remuneration platform (preferred).

  • Proficiency in helpdesk tools and issue prioritization methodologies.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with users and technical teams.
