FUNCTIONS
Provide support to internal users and clients, ensuring the proper functioning of Odoo modules and the Buk platform.
Respond to support inquiries and requests via phone or email, logging and managing incidents in a timely manner.
Analyze and resolve first-level functional or technical issues, escalating to specialists those that require advanced attention.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the operational continuity of platforms and related systems.
Document procedures and solutions, keeping relevant technical and functional information up to date.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, proposing adjustments or automations that optimize management within Odoo.
REQUIREMENTS
1 to 2 years of experience providing functional or technical support in Odoo, in one or more of the following modules: accounting, inventory control, purchasing, sales, and e-commerce.
Technical or university education in Programming, Systems Engineering, Systems Analysis, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Strong technical knowledge enabling understanding and resolution of issues beyond basic platform usage.
Experience with the Buk Remuneration platform (preferred).
Proficiency in helpdesk tools and issue prioritization methodologies.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with users and technical teams.
