ABOUT THE CUSTOMER

A leading multinational in cleaning technology and solutions.

FUNCTIONS

  • Manage the complete payroll cycle in three LATAM countries that will be under your responsibility, ensuring accuracy, legal compliance and alignment with internal policies.

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of payroll processes.

  • Collaborate closely with the regional HR team and act as a technical reference on

    payroll and related administrative processes.

  • Align payroll initiatives with the already established regional implementation timeline.

  • Evaluate and implement a new global payroll system, ensuring its effective integration with SuccessFactors (global HR platform).

  • Ensure legal and tax compliance in each country, keeping the required documentation and reports up to date

  • Generate analytical and control reports using Excel

REQUIREMENTS

  • Solid experience in payroll processes in multinational or regional (LATAM) companies, preferably covering more than one country.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of labor and tax legislation in the Southern Cone countries.

  • Intermediate to advanced Spanish (required) and proficiency in payroll management tools.

  • Previous experience in process automation and transitions from outsourcing to in-house operations will be highly valued.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and automation).

  • Experience with global HR systems (ideally SuccessFactors or similar).
