FUNCTIONS

  • Strategically and operationally manage the IT function, ensuring the integration and modernization of corporate systems.

  • Lead technology transformation and consolidation initiatives, driving efficiency, scalability, and the reduction of system redundancies.

  • Coordinate system integration initiatives across international operations, business units, and acquired companies.

  • Consolidate and modernize existing systems by assessing their capacity, relevance, and level of adoption.

  • Optimize the systems portfolio, eliminating duplications and ensuring operational efficiency.

  • Work in close collaboration with the Information Security leadership, ensuring regulatory compliance, system robustness, and alignment with corporate standards.

  • Drive international integration by connecting countries, business units, and operations through common technology platforms.

  • Establish best practices across countries, proactively identifying risks and aligning operations with global technological advancements.

  • Manage the annual IT budget, ensuring proper allocation, governance, and financial control.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in the robust implementation of ERP systems.

  • Academic background: Open (specializations are valued but not mandatory).

  • Industry background: Preferably from modern industries, regardless of the specific sector.

  • Strong knowledge of systems infrastructure and architecture.

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish at an intermediate level or above.
