ABOUT THE CUSTOMER

FUNCTIONS
Define and execute the commercial strategy for the distributor channel in the short, medium, and long term.
Manage and develop the distributor network, ensuring performance standards, market coverage, and profitability.
Design commercial policies, incentive schemes, and channel pricing models.
Lead strategic negotiations with key distributors and master accounts.
Monitor commercial KPIs, including sell-in, sell-out, coverage, mix, margin, and inventory turnover.
Align Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure effective field execution.
Lead senior commercial teams, including Key Account Managers, Heads, and Trade teams.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
10+ years of commercial experience, with a strong focus on distributor management and indirect channels.
Proven experience leading commercial teams and multi-layered organizational structures.
Strong results-driven mindset and P&L management experience.
High-level negotiation experience.
Intermediate level of English.
