ABOUT THE CUSTOMER

Multinational company in the pharmaceutical sector.

FUNCTIONS

  • Lead and strengthen the accounting, treasury, cash management, cost, reporting, and internal control functions, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and adherence to corporate standards.

  • Professionalize the local finance organization by enhancing team capabilities, strengthening accounting processes, and developing a strategic FP&A function.

  • Design and implement financial models to support pricing, profitability, commercial pipeline, and productivity decisions within a highly regulated services business.

  • Provide short-, mid-, and long-term financial visibility through rigorous reporting to global headquarters, aligned with audit, internal control, and compliance requirements.

  • Act as a key business partner to the General Manager, delivering insights to optimize margins, improve operational efficiency, and anticipate financial risks in volatile markets.

  • Ensure disciplined management of cash flow, credit policies, collections, CAPEX/OPEX, and the cost structure across the cluster.

  • Drive an agile financial culture characterized by timely decision-making, structure, technical rigor, and accountability.

  • Collaborate with the Global CFO and the regional executive committee on strategic initiatives, audit processes, forecasting, and annual planning.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as CFO, Finance Director, or Senior Finance Manager within multinational companies in the sector or similar industries.

  • Track record leading multicountry operations, ideally in Latin America, with exposure to regional structures and reporting to global headquarters.

  • Strong foundation in financial consulting, planning, financial modeling, performance management, cost optimization, and strengthening of internal controls.

  • Hands-on experience in systems integrations and finance transformation initiatives, including the implementation or consolidation of complex reconciliation processes and standardized reporting.

  • Demonstrated ability to professionalize finance teams, enhance technical capabilities, and structure accounting and FP&A organizations.

  • Experience managing global stakeholders, audits, compliance, and senior-level corporate metrics.

  • Advanced English proficiency enabling effective interaction with the Global CFO, audit teams, and corporate reporting.
