ABOUT THE CUSTOMER

Multinational company in the pharmaceutical sector.

FUNCTIONS

  • Lead and strengthen the functions of accounting, treasury, cash management, costs, reporting and internal control, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance and corporate standards.

  • Professionalize the local financial structure, enhancing team capabilities, strengthening accounting, and developing a strategic FP&A function.

  • Design and implement financial models that support decisions on pricing, profitability, sales pipeline, and productivity in a highly regulated service business.

  • Generate short, medium and long term financial visibility, with rigorous reporting to global offices and alignment with audit, internal control and compliance.

  • To be a key partner to the General Manager, providing analysis that allows for the optimization of margins, the improvement of operational efficiency, and the anticipation of financial risks in volatile markets.

  • Ensure disciplined management of cash flow, credit policies, collections, CAPEX/OPEX and cost structure of the cluster.

  • Promote an agile financial culture, with timely decision-making, order, technical clarity, and accountability.

  • Collaborate with the Global CFO and the regional executive committee on strategic projects, audit processes, forecasting, and annual planning.

REQUIREMENTS


  • Proven experience as CFO, Chief Financial Officer or Senior Finance Manager in multinational companies in the sector or similar.

  • Track record leading multi-country operations, ideally in Latin America, with exposure to regional structures and provides reporting to companies with an international headquarters.

  • Solid foundation in financial consulting, planning, modeling, performance management, cost optimization and strengthening of controls.

  • Direct experience in systems integrations and financial transformation, including implementation or consolidation of complex reconciliation processes and standardization of reporting.

  • Proven ability to professionalize financial teams, enhance technical capabilities, and streamline accounting and FP&A structures.

  • Experience managing global stakeholders, audits, compliance, and high-level corporate metrics.

  • Advanced English skills to interact with Global CFOs, audits, and corporate reporting.
